July 31, 2019PRELUDE TO IN-COUNTRY LEADERS IN INNOVATION FELLOWSHIPS (LIF)
At the Residence of the British High Commissioner in Kuala Lumpur, representatives of the British High Commission, MIGHT and Royal Academy of Engineering UK gave an exciting prelude to the upcoming country event under the LIF Programne of the Newton- Ungku Omar Fund.
LIF is the enterpreneurship development fund that trains and matches Malaysian talented researchers with UK consultants, partners and investors. MIGHT is the Malaysian partner while RAE is the UK partner. A total of 16 countries participates with UK.
Prof Rahinah is a Fellow of LIF5. She joined 42 researchers from Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Philliphines in London for 2 weeks in January 2019. To date, there are 900+ LIF Fellows from 16 countries to bring R&D technologies to global industry players.
